To ensure the best fit, it is recommended to measure your body accurately. For chest measurement, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring it is level and snug but not tight. For waist measurement, measure around the narrowest part of your waist. The length measurement should be taken from the highest point of the shoulder down to the desired hemline.

It is important to note that sizing may vary slightly between different styles and manufacturers. Therefore, it is advisable to refer to this chart as a guideline and to consult specific product descriptions for any additional sizing information.
