Acrylic

• The product is printed on 2 sides, front and back are the same, and its thickness is 3mm
• Regarding the transparent ornament, the material is acrylic. It will be printed on 1 side and can be see-through.
• The product is made from acrylic or plywood
• The printed design is clear to ensure no color is faded
• A hole and wires attached to the strap
• Ornament is used to display as home decoration or meaningful gifts for friends and relatives on special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine, birthday…
• They do not include embellishments, such as rhinestones or glitter
• Note: Actual colors may differ due to the light and display settings of customer computer screens. May have a 2-3 cm variance in design placement
  

Wood

• Material: Ash Plywood – Polished, lightweight, durable wood with a natural bright grain. This material has a high tolerance to humid environments.
• UV printing and Laser Cut technology create details with high precision.
• Wood thickness: 3mm (1/8 inch)/each layer.

Exchange, return & refund

If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@soulflowerbrand.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
