• All items are made-to-order, so please allow 6-8 days of process and production.
• Orders could be modified or cancelled within 2 hours after being placed.
• International Orders: It takes several more days for packaging and shipping. Please be aware of that if you order from outside United States.

Exchange, return & refund

If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@soulflowerbrand.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
